New Tenant
The process from start to finish could not have been any easier. I just went through a divorce and had not had not rented ... an apartment in 20 years, so I had lots of questions Tericka was friendly patient kind and could not have been more personable she asked questions but most importantly she listened and did whatever was needed to help me understand everything. The most impressive thing is even after I signed my contract and moved in she has not changed at all she is still just as friendly and helpfu. A lot of places are super nice to get you to move in then switch up on you once you are locked in to the lease. To anyone looking for a very nice apartment in a nice area of town with knowledgeable, friendly staff who genuinely want to help then look no further this is the place to live. All I can say is this company better do everything thing the can to keep Tericka happy because kind genuine and honest people like her are very hard to find these days. I love living in Cedar Creek Flats. It is by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Parking is great since they limit ... the amount of vehicles per apartment to ensure enough spaces, and since they offer reserved parking for a fee. Traffic could be better, but overall it’s in a great area and close to a lot of stuff. The trash situation is annoying at times to no fault of the apartment complex, it’s simply residents not following the rules. The apartments are a tad noisy and you can definitely hear your upstairs neighbors moving around, but typically loud music or yelling or anything. I moved into this apartment community a few weeks ago. My leasing agent was Lexie. She was such a pleasant friendly person. ... I warmed up to this place right away. Although it is still under construction, it is a very nice place to live. The open floor plans and lighting make it feel very warm and cozy. I had viewed several different apartments in Louisville.
