I love living in Cedar Creek Flats. It is by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Parking is great since they limit ... the amount of vehicles per apartment to ensure enough spaces, and since they offer reserved parking for a fee. Traffic could be better, but overall it’s in a great area and close to a lot of stuff. The trash situation is annoying at times to no fault of the apartment complex, it’s simply residents not following the rules. The apartments are a tad noisy and you can definitely hear your upstairs neighbors moving around, but typically loud music or yelling or anything. I moved into this apartment community a few weeks ago. My leasing agent was Lexie. She was such a pleasant friendly person. ... I warmed up to this place right away. Although it is still under construction, it is a very nice place to live. The open floor plans and lighting make it feel very warm and cozy. I had viewed several different apartments in Louisville.
